Remembering that everyone is in the same boat helps. You also are not as bad as you think you are. You think you are stammering and unorganized to the audience but most of the time you are doing fine. Everyone I talked to about their speaches in class said to how nervious thay were but every one of them cam off calm and collected. Shelly was fine and did not appear nervious but admotting to the audience that you are a bit nervious helps everyone and gives you a chance to put yourself at ease.
