first off, who are you, 'me'?

I found the evening very interesting (was v upset that i missed the last 1/2 hr due to a test).

Here are the major points I got out of it;
1. The 'managers' all have different strategies in how they interact with the dif div, this has huge impacts on us.. is it external b/c it is their persoanl agendas? Interesting that Tue group seemed the most positive (and had the biggest turnout) have the most input and feedback from their managers.

1A. The consultants too varied groiup to group, we have 1 that inputs and gives feedback, one group had no real feedback, and the other had both consultants participating.

2. Neg culture v common, frustration and confusion being upermost.

3. How v dif each persons interpretation of what was going on was.

other stuff to, but will save it for the meeting.. thought though that the use of imagery was a good way to explore the groups feelings and attitudes, could be worth doing a mini version on Wed....
