My father is 78 years old and has suffered from limb-girlde dystrophy for the past 15 years. He is at a stage now where he is in a nursing home and is unable to use any of his limbs except for his right hand upon which two fingers move only. He is deterorating quite fast now and the latest thing is he is feeling very nauseous when he sits up in his wheel chair and has a lot of reflux causing constant burping.He is not eating due to this sick feeling and is getting even weaker. I would really like some sort of info on the stage he is at and are these latest symptons part of his disease. We have not had a lot of contact with doctors who understand this disease. Pure frustration is being felt by my father and all of us (his family). Please help me. Many thanks for reading this. Carolyn Daley
