Subject: Physical therapy ??

Hi
Wanted an opinon on Physical therapy. I have been in it as per my neuros direction only a few times now but it seems when I am done I have lost ground on my abilities. The amount of weights being used are quite light so I am not straining when I am there. I go to work afterward and I have had difficulty lifting my leg out of the car when I arrive or walking up a single step. Pain and stiffness abound in my calfs and left upper arm (major areas of problems per biopsy) I understand the need to keep moving but this seems to give the reverse. My question is has this been seen before or do I just have to live with it and continue. I do things at home but never to this extend of discomfort. I still mow the lawn, shovel snow, walk the dog, treadmill etc. Opinion.

Ps I did send my blood sample to your lab
Mark M
