my daughter 15 years old has developed abnormal gait for the last 2 years . Clinically she has wadding gait with increased lumber lordosis, hypertrophied calf muscle, Gowels sign with shortening of tendo-achilies all go with provional diagnosis of myopathy, or spinol muscle atrophy, investigation only show mild rise of CPK.Microscopic examination of muscle show scattered degertive change of muscle goes with chronic inflammatory cell infltration.
Would you please inform me if there is any treatment for this kind of cases. and from where I can got more information
