Subject: 重要告示!!!!!!!

由10月10日後起，將來所有「新馬、三級、二級賽事」的"報名資格"將有所變更，詳細情況如下:

「新馬、三級賽事」-----標準分一律為90分，比賽級數較低，比賽獎品較少。
任何二級馬房可以降級出賽，但除一般讓分外，其餘所有二級馬房將會一律讓多10分出賽。
舉個例子:
A馬房(117)、B馬房(114)、C馬房(110)、D馬房(105)<----此四個馬房為二級馬房。
E馬房(99)、F馬房(98)、G馬房(95)、H馬房(90)<----此四個馬房為三級馬房。
在比賽開始前，分數應為:
A馬房-10
B馬房-7
C馬房-3
D馬房+2
E馬房+18
F馬房+19
G馬房+20
H馬房+20

「二級賽事」-----標準分一律為110分，比賽級數較高，相對地，比賽獎品較多。
同樣地，任何三級馬房可以越級出賽，除一般讓分外，其餘所有三級馬房將會一律"受讓"多10分出賽。

即將來所有級際賽事讓分差距將不會超過30分(20+10)。

注意:所有新馬馬房(還未評級的)，將一律不准參加"二級賽事"，如想參加，只需要出賽兩次後，得到評級後(二、三級)，才可以報名出賽。
所有NEW RACER(新馬馬房)，都需要出賽兩次，方可得到評級。
