i have a blue and gold macall eight years old and two years ago he started pulling all his back feathers out and his stomach feathers out. he looks terrible.we have spent almost a thousnd dollars on him at the vets to no avail. we got some aloe spray for him and that does not work. i wonder if any one can give us any information. we even tried a thing around his neck for awhile and that didnt work. any information would be greatly helpful. thank you for your time
