Holly and Emily walked down to the barn. "Mom, i don't have a horse yet so who should i ride?" asked Emily. "I saved Dutchess for you to ride" I answered. she got out her saddle and stuff. holly and Emily put their horses in the crossties and groomed them. I helped holly tack up Mini and then watched the girls lead their horses to the all purpose ring. Holly and Emily walked for a minute and theni yelled out,"Holly and Emily trot!' Emily had near perfect equitation and so did holly. I let them trot a bit, correcting their mistakes when they made one. "Holly walk and emily canter!" I said. after emily cantered a bit I told holly to canter and emily to walk. I then called holly over to me and showed her the jumping position. She walked and troted over some poles in the position. They cooled their horses out and untacked them. They put the horses in their stalls and we went back up to the house
