§38 De domare som utsetts att leda tävlingarna skall se till att spelreglerna såväl som de administrativa reglerna åtföljs. De har befogenhet att ur tävlingen utesluta varje spelare eller lag som inte underordnar sig deras beslut. Licensierade åskådare eller avstängda spelare som på grund av sitt beteende kan vara upphov till incidenter på spelplanen skall av domaren rapporteras till distriktsförbundet. Distriktsförbundet kallar då den/de skyldige(-a) spelaren(-na) för att bedöma vilka sanktioner som skall vidtagas.
