Greed, is part of man himself. Since the dawn of man, greed has served as his greatest asset.
Greed is the driving factor behind every major advance mankind has achieved.
Were it not for greed, the greed for power, money, fame, and of course, attention, Civilization would not have formed.
The earliest caveman would have shown his greed by violently beating his rival with a stick to claim his cave.
With the advent of civilization, greed created the necessity for invention. Because of the greed for power, and money, people had to motivate themselves to be better than their peers. Advances were made in areas such as agraculture, trade, metalworking, and engineering.
Whis these advances came more responcibility. And thus from greed, Civilization continued to expand.
Today, thanks to greed, Scientists, doctors and regular people work hard to create new cures for diseases, tech's work hard to create new and better computers.
the internet is what it is today because of greed. The computer you use. is there because somebody saw it as a way to make money, greed. The TV, the Toaster, the telepone, dvd's, my guns, your god. All inventions of greed.
Death ~
"That is not dead which can eternal lie.
And with strange aeons, even death may die."
H. P. Lovecraft
