Okay. I was really just asking about vegetarianism, and how to go about being vegan.Sister Bunny01:29:45 01/07/03 Tue
There's a certain red alga called "Hijiki" that contains vitamin B-12 and is the best source of calcium. It contains much more calcium and Iron than any cow milk. Iron is also found in many vegetable sources, im not sure if it's found in broccoli I know that it's found in leaves like spinach but needs to be taken with a vitamin C source (e.g lemon juice) to be adequately absorbed.chadi01:57:38 01/07/03 Tue
Does soy milk provide the full protein that comes in meat? And doesn't spinach also contain Vitamin C? (NT)Sacred Poontang03:00:49 01/07/03 Tue
