...if you check the Old Testament, you will indeed find that the types of genocides enacted by Jews against their fellow nations were just as savage and brutal as those being inflicted by their fundamentalist Muslim cousins today. The weapons may be a little more sophisticated now, but it is a distinction without a difference.

I am neither a proponent of militant Judaism nor militant Islam, and moreover, do not consider myself a liberal, so your emotional commentary was unmerited.

If you want to be different than the ones you hate, go to a comedy club, go catch the new Harry Potter movie. You share a common ingredient with "them" when you become as vitriolic as they are, and lose the gift of laughter and levity.

So go have a capuccino and take a yoga class. No one needs you to educate us about the horrors of Muslim fanaticism. The fundamentalist Muslims themselves are perfectly capable of doing so.
