You see, as a child, his nanny caught him "having a rather vigourous wank and he cleaned it up with his lordship's mongramed hanky". As a punsishment, his mother did not allow him any mongramed clothing or accessories until his father passed 32 years later. To this day, lord ramrod has been so scarred by the experience (which, I have been told includes daily spankings from his nanny), that he has banned upper case letters from the estate.
