Mrs. Yenta, your Grandmother is not well. Even though you paid in advance, one year up front as stated in the contract, I might suggest that we refund some of this, pro rated for time and annoyances, and give you back say...uh, a couple of thousand and get you and Grandmama on the road to another NEW HOME.

We have broad shoulders at the Diaper Den but we will not tolerate dementia patients who play with their own stool. Come quickly, be prepared to load and remove your relative from the premises by Midnight Saturday or else!
