neo, morpheous trin etc and everyone is after all just an cyborg advance enough to believe they are human, the matrix is a human creation used to keep rogue ai in check. because after the war with the ai the human didnt want it to happen again. this is why neo can feel the sentinel, and explains why smith can enter bane for smith is more or less a virus and he infected bane's ai. in reload. if you seen animatrix you'll know that human bombarded 01 with nuclear bombs, and if you didnt know nuclear bombs give off EMP when they detonate, you know the same emp used to take out the sentinal. the same one that neo probably used at the end of reload to take out the sentinal hence he's in a coma cuz he's an ai himself and since it generated within him he got affected.

if you really think the matrix is made from the ai who won the war then think again, dont you think that when man blacked out the sky they would have already found another source of power/fuel etc. if a ai/machine that beat man and was smart enough to use human as batteries, dont you think they'd had been able to use other resources for there electricity/fuel think about it. the truth is out there and the truth is, they're not human, your just suppose to think they are you'll know when revolutions comes around
