I donīt think it was rassistic, just completely inaccurate.
Blacks make up 20% of the world population. Asians and Indians 60%. As I recall, Zion was near the core of the earth. From that point all continents are almost the same distance. So, when they start their ships to rescue people from their battery pods, and have done this 250.000 times, the race distribution should somehow resemble the world population. So blacks should have been a minority, and whites, too. And most people should have been East-Asians. There should have been as much indians as black people.
