Subject: Dreams, the face of our reality?

Something that was brought to my attention awhile ago but has just now intrested me.

How is it that when we are dreaming, that we are unaware that we are in a dream untill we wake up and reminde ourselves that the world we thought was true was all in our minds. But more important than "How is it...." is "Why is it...".

In this train of thought, if this were in a dream, we would be unaware of it, theoreticly of course.

But it just seems to me that when anyone brings up a thought of "is this a dream" that everyone is quick to delete the notions, even though we are unaware of the truth...... that we really dont know.

And just to move things on....

what if our minds wernt producing our dreams.... who is to say that someone else isnt. I dunno. But a reminder that is just my thought on a subject and d appreciate any feed back or criticism.
