Subject: Is the real world just a partition??

At the end of Reloaded, Neo stops the sentinals just like he stops the bullets. HOW???
I believe that the reason Neo was able to stop the
sentinals at the end is because......
Zion and the real world are just a partition of the matrix's
"hard drive".
Its just another part of the matrix! The matrix is the
drive which contains all the programs...the real world
could be, for example, the recycle bin!!!
Neo had the choice....go to the source (the OS of the
matrix) to reboot the matrix or to save Trinity and
return to Zion (the partition)
If you think about it, Neo says at the end "somethings
different" Why??
Its because he can still "feel" the matrix around him!!
Neo realises this when he stops the sentinels in the
same way he stops bullets. The realisation that the
real world is just another part of the matrix is
enough to make him collapse!!

If this is the case, then could it be possible that Neo is actually a program much like the agents??
As Trinity said to Neo "you move like they do"
Could it be that Neo is just another part of the system??
Makes you think doesnt it?!?!
