Subject: Fuzzy on the 2 doors

In the architect place neo had a choise of 2 doors. One would end the matrix, killing everyone in it, setting zion free but killing millions. The other, he would save Trinity, but zion would be destroyed, except from 23 people to start it again.

Am I right? Please someone correct me.
