Going by what you just said, wouldn't the logical thing be to think that they won't make another twist like that? If they want to surprise you then they won't just do the same thing over and over again. They wouldn't make such an obvious twist. And also, a twist like that would be really really hard to explain. That wouldn't make any sense. It would be stupid. And also, the small little twists with Neo being told he wasn't the one, and him being shot...we all knew what was going to happen. I mean, we were surprised, but we knew. We knew trinity wouldn't die also, because we all know she's in revolutions. He isn't going to do a plot twist making it seem like there is a matrix within a matrix, and then just change that in some miraculous way. That would be going overboard. They can't just erase what the architect said... Like I said, it wouldn't make sense. If you have evidence that there isn't a matrix within a matrix, then show me, because so far I have seen tons of evidence in favor of a matrix with a matrix. Not for the other ideas. Most of them are nonsensical ideas about neo being half machine. That would really mess things up also, because this is all about saving humanity. It won't be saved by a half machine half man... Neo is human.
