Subject: Did anyone consider this?

Im new to this board (but not to the matrix :)) and if anyone already posted a discussion similar to this im sorry. But with that out of the way...

I've been thinkin alot about the Matrix and Reloaded and read the theories about a Matrix within a Matrix, which are all good but there is another possibility. For those who saw Reloaded you will remember the conversation between agent smith and Neo where agent smith was saying that Neo left his mark or print on him (smith) resulting in Smith not being deleted. Now you also remember right after that conversation Smith tried copying himself into Neo but Neo rejected Smith and forced Smith out of his body. I was thinking; Neo left his print on Smith, so why couldn't it work the other way around?, Smith left his print on Neo. And then when Neo went back to the real world he brought that back with him, kinda like when Smith copied himself into that dude who then later tried killing Neo in the real world. Therefore Neo is human in the real world but also has some 'machine' in him. Therefore he could sense the sentinals and stop them.
I dont know wether this is true or not and Im sure we will all find out in revolutions, but its something else to think about.
