Just to clarify, that's not what i'm suggesting. Would it really be that far-fetched anyway? Heck, billions of people are used as batteries and machines have conquered Earth!
Really, consider the possiblility of Trinity being pregnant. The sex scene was important..why? (maybe there is more than one answere here) Also, it has been said that Neo will die. If Trinity is pregnant, then in a sense Neo lives on. Seems to fit. It is a possibility.
