In Final Flight Of The Osiris the crew find that the machines are digging. They send the woman in with a package which she posts.
Thats what they pick up at the beginning.

2. Who do you think the Old man is? The one who says "72 hours... thats how long Zion lasted last time." Obviously someone who knows about the last reset. Maybe one of the 26? Maybe even the last 'One'. And it looks like he'll be in Revolutions, so I wonder what part he'll play in the war to save Zion...
