Sounds to me like he's quite the little character. The only time mine steal things is to get my attention because I'm doing something else. Chewing everything is normal (teething) he'll grow completely out of it at about 2 yrs. The teething is the worst of it. Being scared of other dogs is a puppy thing too. Maybe because their still small and can't completely protect themselves yet. Puppies play too much for a cat.
