These two apparently heard nothign that was going on behind them, but Neka could make out in the shadows that Aerian appeared rather mad. Neka was now too, she glared furiously at Eryk, she wasn't going to just stand there and take this.

"Eryk Seforath Silverclaw..... don't you lecture me! You are not our father..." she growls at him angrily, trying to keep her voice down, they weren't under a silencing spell. "I think I'm plenty old enough to decide who it is and will and won't kiss...... By the gods! I'm the same age as you... and tell me... how long did you know Aerian before you kissed her?" Eryk seemed a bit suprised, expecially when she used his middle name. He hoped no one else had over heard.

"Longer than you've known Fate.." he tells her sharply though, his suprise had worn off. Neka glared though still, and Eryk took in a deep breath, calming himself down. "I'm just trying to protect you Neek (nickname).... Not hurt you..." he tells her. "Because I care..." he tells her. Neka smiled a bit now, her glares softening. She walked towards Eryk and put a hand on his shoulder.

"I know you are Eryk.." she tells him. "But.. sometimes... you just aren't in the position..." she tells him. "Trust me on this one. If something goes wrong, or something doesn't work out.... I can take care of myself.. this once.." she says. Eryk didn't seem so convienced.
