Subject: knights, famine and such

Hey, I'm a Psych major who is taking medieval history as an elective. I do not know much about history at all, but since our class has been assigned all of these reports, I figure that I had best utilize any help that I can get. So if any of you guys (and ladies) could give me any assistance with information about knights, famine, and plague, I would really appreciate it. I have learned more about the internet in Medieval History than I have ever learned anywhere else. Just thought I would share that.
