I had an obsession with NightShade too. I think it was because he was the only boy pony in the cartoon for the longest time. He had that Michael Jackson quality going on back then. Well, Michael before he became freaky.

This game reminds me of the many Lightning White Horse games my sister and I did at our grandma's. Lightning would stick a bunch of the ponies in cells made of leggos. Then he would continue to capture the ponies as they tried to save their friends. All of the little animal toys that my grandma owned would be captured by Lightning and his rhino and dragon minions. The capturing of all the ponies games just never get old, do they?
