A trade was made today BC picked up Mats Sundin and David Tanabe for Andrew Cassels, Dick Tarnstrom, Lubomir Visnovsky, and BC 2nd for 2005.
Robert Rutkowski owner/gm of BC was happy today. "We will have one of the best lines in the GWHL we have Sundin, Lemieux and Bondra on the #1 line all big and able to score." Moving Cassels was not a big deal he was not able to perform to what we wanted from him. Visnovsky and Tarnstrom are to good offensive defensemen. But we beleive that Tanabe will fill in to that postion for us in time.
Again we like to thank Steeltown for trading us Sundin. And we wish him luck
