Shawn we make rules changes all of the time. A good example is the one we just made for prospects. The mid-stream argument doesn't fly here. As for what we are remedying, we need more balance in this league. The league is starting to tilt towards being unbalanced. Every year it's you and me on top of the standings, every year I have to replace nearly half of the GMs. It's hard finding GMs that are smart enough to be in this league.
