I was looking at the rules and Have question. One of the rules said that if you claimed a player from the list you must immediately expose a playewr from you protected list. Does this apply even if you have already had an exposed player taken by another team? It would seem to me that if several of your exposed players have been taken already that you should be able to claim someone who is available without having to expose more players from your team.

Also, what is the deadline date for determing how old the player is to be exposed for the waiver draft? I'd like a firm date to be certain which of my players are 25 and under for the draft. What birthday and year set the limit?
