 I am in favor of at the beginning of the season specifying where our wingers will be listed and then keeping things status quo. If injuries occur, you can simply play the winger out of position in the GM editor, so I do not feel it's a big inconvenience to have him listed on the side opposite where you want him as long as you had the chance to change it at the season's beginning.
