If you want to purge, drink a lot of water with your food, or try eating something like soup or yogart with it. I always try to add something soft, it makes the food come up so much easier.

How do you make it through the week without eating? Do you exercise at all? I find it hard not to eat if I exercise that day. How about some not eating tips.
