It all depends on what you eat. If you want to purge, don't eat chocolate... not only does it taste bad when you puke it back up but I fond it tends to stick to your insides and you can never get it all up. If you must have a chocolat hit, binge on cake - that seems to come back up just fine.

Many purgers tell you only to drink water, and lots of it during a meal and after, but I find a sugar free lemonade is better. If you want to be good to your stomach, drink a small glass of skimmed milk afterwards. There is next to no fat, it has the calcium you need, and will settle any after-purge acidity. Just don't drink too much, it defeats the purpose of having purged in the first place if yu overdo it.
