i have some tips for girls trying to hide not eating
1) take your food upstairs and cut it into tiny pieces and flush it down the toilet (be careful not to overflood it) or hide it in a drawer until you can throw it away
2) say you just ate or youre going to eat when you get home from or go to school, work, etc.
3) fake feeling ill (faking cramps always works)
4) leave food crumbs in a plate and pretend its from your sandwhich, rice, cereal, etc.
5)make sure the food you used to eat is still being used or people youre living with will be suspicious...if you used to always eat cereal make sure you throw some cereal away so they dont notice how much is still left in the bag
6)if youre going to purge and youre worried about noise, say you have to take a shower or bath and do it with the water running
7)wear layers around the house to avoid looking thin
8)make sure you undereyes dont look too dark
9)fake being in a good mood (theyll blame grumpiness and mood swings on not eating)

no matter what, people are bound too notice but with some planned tactics, you can avoid those accusations. hope these tips helped.
