Hi, your problem is that there isn't enough moisture in the food so its too dry to come up - ideally if you're likely to purge you should drink a glass of water before eating and as much as possible whilst eating. It makes the food wet and the fluid/food mix is much easier to bring up. As it is its too late for that so you should drink as much water as you can give it 10 mins or so to mix in with the food in your stomach (Walk round a bit to help it mix up, if you purge too soon just the water will come up) this has always worked for me in the past so hope it helps! good luck, amber x
