No, sorry. But you can use PDF Explorer to generate a draft of the html using the "Export Grid Fields" batch tool. Of course you can not do this dynamically from VB/Javascript (ASP).
My new tool PDFInfoEdit&Tip is allocated in a DLL file but because is a OS Shell integration tool (show a Tool Tip with the pdf document info fields, and a properties sheet to edit them) you cannot use it the normal way you use a DLL with exported function to do exactly what you need. If you know how to use it... ;-) Read the next link to get to this new beta tool.
