You already have access to the program files inside the installation pack.

Use winrar on pdfesetup.exe (or change the file extension to .zip) and extract the files:

pdfexplorer.exe
unzdll.dll
zipdll.dll
logo.dat
readme.txt

to a "PDF Explorer" folder.
