I already had an idea seemed to your. My is attach the files to PDFE grid files. File>Save Grid operation. This way grid files are always synchronized with contents and can be deployed to another computer without the need to scan again in the local PDFE copy.
If your implementation idea is different please explain further.

This is a recurrent idea and is already in the to-do list. Is delayed because I need to reshuffle the database code and database files format to accomplish this new feature more easily.
