Sorry but there's not simple way to resolve this problem with V1.4. I think I have now resolve part of this in the development stage beta 1.5.
Can you email, or link, to me of one of those pdf files (a little one please) with Title, Subject... in Greek that you can see correctly in the PDF Explorer grid after change the font. (this is a strange, and probably not standard, type of files for me).
