Check files using Acrobat to see if they are really updated.
If you have catalogued those files in one computer before
change the info fields on another, you have to delete the
respective folders from database (using database maintenance tool) to force PDF Explorer to get the new fields from physical files. Because each PDF Explorer use its own local database file there's no way to synchronise between database files on another computer.

You can try to use the same database file in all the computers but in this case you have to taken care and not run more than one PDF Explorer at the same time because database is not prepared for this operation type. For such change, on slave computers, the registry key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PDFExplorer\Options\DatabaseFolder

to the folder of PDF Explore on master computer

As you can see my English is much worse than yours :-(
