Right now there�s no way to do that.
You can only export the PDFE Grid fields and import them in your database software.

In what kind of integration of PDFE in to your database (by the way, what kind of database, what software is used) are you thinking?

I have not tested this Google tool but, if I'm correct, Google Desktop Search implement the pdf documents indexing by itself or using some plugin, is not linking to another program.
