I have Acrobat 6 Standard on my PC for editing PDFs and Acrobat Reader 7 loaded to view PDFs. When I loaded Acrobat Reader 7 I was asked whether I wanted to default open PDFs with Acrobat 6 Standard or Acrobat Reader 7 and I chose to default open PDFs with Acrobat Reader 7.

When I double click on a PDF file within PDF Explorer it opens in Acrobat 6 Standard instead of Acrobat Reader 7. If I double click on a PDF document from My Computer it properly opens in Acrobat Reader 7. If I already have Acrobat Reader 7 opened before I double click on a PDF file within PDF Explorer the file opens correctly in the already opened Acrobat Reader 7 window.

Can you explain this? I have Adobe Acrobat selected as default reader in PDF Explorer Preferences. How can I fix this?
