 Yes, I agree could be fine. Especially because files must be identified independantly of PDE. Thus normally, I rename it according to pdf tag.
Author is Author
Creator is ref : Sports Med 1993, 5, 28-45
Title is Tile.

Then I'd like to configure tag to rename file as mp3 tag :
Author_Creator_Title.
