There are no problems with your pdf files. Beta versions use a mechanism to disable the indexation of pdf files into PDFE database after a pre-defined aging date. The intention of this is to compel beta users to always use last releases. The problem now is that the new functionalities I'm adding to the new version are very unstable and I need some more days until new release goes online. Meanwhile you can change you computer system date.

To scan sub-folders check "Subfolders" checkbox in DiskTree or DBDiskTree.
