This bug is already fixed and happens in PDF Explorer and PDF-ShellTools. You can check, and confirm me that, in the next releases. New PDF Explorer release probably online tomorrow.
Meanwhile, and if you really want to consult the about box, you can try with other interface idioms. With some of them, and this is specific to your Windows Locale, does not happen.
