We had our first official game of the World Cup at 1.40pm yesterday afternoon against Finland.

We were all a bit nervous but once on the water the nerves seem to ease as we slipped into our roles.

The game was tied 1 all at half time and then we pulled away to a 3-1 win at full time. Awesome!!!

We are all very stoked with our first win of the tournament and it bodes well. Looking forward to the next one.

We are playing South Africa at 11.30 this morning which should be a good game. We have been watching them closely.

Everyone is doing well the opening Ceremony was pretty cool and the girls were a hit with their skirts!

We have had plenty of cheering from our Wanderfaulke support crew even out cheering our boys during our game yesterday.
