Subject: Air park Raceway????

Has any of the local racers looked at the Burris rules? My wife is insisting that we only race with a cage and the champ cart rules are a little extreme I believe. The initial cost plus being too heavy to run anywhere else has left us already abandoning this track before they even get started. What is the deal I hate the idea of having a new track and not being able to race it.
