Subject: Working in the Barn

Well, this morning I woke up at 7:00 and I didn't feel like getting up but I saw lights on in the barn so I figured everyone else must already be out there and it wasn't fair if I just layed in bed all morning! So I got up and did my share of the work! Well, first I made breakfast, then I brought Thomas and Nevada outside and put them in the toy room, and then I fed and watered all of our pets and then I did horse work! They were already done turning horses out (they had protective boots on because there was a little bit of ice out still, so they got turned out in the small pastures anyways) and the horses were fed and watered and they were finishing up mucking stalls. So they all went inside (Shawn took Nevada and Thomas) and washed up and ate breakfast while I finished mucking stalls, rebedding stalls, cleaning out feed and water buckets, cleaned and polished tack and riding boots, washed blankets (including saddle blankets) and I refilled and hung hay nets for the night. Then I went inside!

7:30 PM
We brought all the horses inside, took off their boots, put them in their freshly bedded stalls, gave them dinner and put water in their buckets. Then we said good night and went inside and I know it'll be an early night to sleep!
