Subject: Barn Work!

Well today I got up late, it was already 10:00! Jeesh, they let me sleep in which was surprising. I went down to the barn angry to find not much had been done! The horses were fed and there was water in the pastures and hay also, but the horses were all standing in dirty stalls STILL INSIDE!! I got soo angry at this I couldn't waste time now finding anyone so I turned each horse out by myself, and I appologized to them all one on one and kept hitting myself in the head. Then, I had to go and see to the Heartland horses, then the Shelter horses, then the horses that I was training today, then the horses at the vet center, and the horses in the horses for sale barn, also the horse at the auction! by the time I got back it was 1:30 and luckily everything was done now. woofta! They appologized and said they had to go the feed store... all of them? Well that's what they said and I was still angry but I let them pass w/ their lame excuse. Tack was clean, my desk was in order, stalls were swept clean, haynets and fences and boards were checked, everything seemed in order. I did a check-up on all my horses checking feet and everything else that goes along with it. Everyone was fine. So them I went inside to relax!

My house was also clean! Yippee! I went back out later that afternoon to exercise horses. Then at 5:30 I fed them all, bedded stalls, put water in the stalls, placed hay in the haynets, and brought them in around 7:00. Woofta hard work, then I said good-night to each one after a quick grooming on the horses that didn't get worked, and went to bed at 9:00!!
