He advised me to quickly look for a safe means of getting the money out of the London for safe keeping.

We successfully deposited the money (temporarily) in a bank/clearing house in the UK pending when it would finally be transferred to a secure and safe place. In order to avoid any trace, the money was deposited in a Company�s account to make it look as if it belongs to the company That executed some oil contract in his state.

My Proposal.

The reason why I contacted you is because I want you as a foreigner to Act as the owner of this Company that excuted the contract and apply officially for the deposit so that it can be transferred to your designated account. I will make available to you all the relevant documents that you would present to the bank. When you have taken possession of the money, we would make arrangement on how best to save it for the Governor.

As his PA, I can not be directly connected to this, hence my decision to contact you so that you can assist receive this money into your account or another account hence it will not be in the uk. Like I stated in my proposal, I have reached a particular stage and the only assistance I need from you is to Act as the owner of the Company.Most especially the specialised code number assisgned to the deposit.

I am passionately appealing to you to assist so that we can get this money transferred into another oversea account. I would like to assure you that you will have no regret doing this transaction with me.You would be rewarded generously with 40% of the total sum.I have worked out every detail concerning this transaction and the roles you will play and how to play them to avoid any mistake.
